We begin with a short conversation about what brought you here, how you’re feeling, and what you’d like from the massage. I will also ask about your health in order to adapt the massage to your body’s specific needs. Once all your questions are answered I will leave the room to give you privacy to change. You can then undress to your comfort level and stay covered with towels, with only the area being massaged uncovered. You can ask for different pressure, skip any area, or stop at any time. Quiet is welcome too: if you’d prefer silence, there’s no need to make conversation. This time is for you, and only you.

I work with a combination of techniques, but they are based on Swedish massage and are adapted to what you need that day.
For relaxation, I rely on the techniques of Swedish massage and use lighter pressure and slower, longer strokes, giving you time to settle into the experience. For more focused work on tight muscles, knots, or areas where movement feels restricted, I bring in deep tissue techniques and trigger point work.
Where appropriate, I will also offer to use cupping – at no additional cost.
Think of these techniques as adjustable sliders: we can lean towards gentle relaxation, more intensive muscle work, or a combination of both. Trigger point work can feel intense, so we agree on the pressure together and adjust throughout. You’re always welcome to ask for less—or more.

It depends on what you need, how long it’s been bothering you, and how you feel between sessions.
For persistent tension or discomfort, I often suggest starting weekly. One session can feel wonderful, but long-standing patterns usually need more attention. My weekly clients often report easier movement, better sleep, and less discomfort.
After three to six weekly sessions, we’ll review your progress and decide whether to continue, space out appointments, or explore other professional support. Fortnightly or monthly visits may then suit your ongoing needs.
Occasional massage is welcome, too: unwinding after a stressful week is a worthwhile reason to come.
To notice changes, try briefly tracking your sleep, tension, and mood before and during regular sessions. Together, we’ll find a rhythm that fits your needs and budget.

If you’d like a regular place in your calendar, let me know your preferred day, time, and frequency. We can look for a recurring slot together, subject to availability. Regular appointments are great, as we can build on what you enjoyed and adapt each session to how you feel that day. You’re welcome to try a first appointment before deciding on a routine.

Absolutely. You don’t need to wait until your shoulders are crying out for attention. Enjoying massage, wanting a quiet pause, or making time for yourself are all good reasons to book. If it feels right for you, we can make it a regular part of your week or month. Start with one session and see how you feel; there’s no expectation to commit.

A massage can fit into your day if you leave enough time to enjoy it without rushing. My practice is near Budapest’s Váci út office corridor, making it convenient if you work nearby. When planning a first-time visit, allow time for our introductory conversation as well as the massage itself, and time to change and shower if you’d like to.
